I’ve been invited to perform and teach at the World Shakuhachi Festival 2018 in London, July 31-August 4. I’ll premiere Dialect, for solo shakuhachi (you can see a video of it here), and give a workshop on Loons, from my Isle Royale Shakuhachi Solos. Great players from every shakuhachi lineage are coming to the festival, and it’s sure to be wonderfully inspiring.
